  • Program Acquisition Documentation: Develop and maintain program acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Justification and Approvals (J&A), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA).
  • Procurement Management Tool (PMT) Management: Work independently in the PMT to initiate, generate, route, and manage PIDs, with a strong understanding of Contract sections B-H, Purchase Requests, and PMT Records.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate, attend, participate, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare, and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3-10 years relevant experience with DoD acquisition processes, procedures, and functions
  • Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Security Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
