Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Digital FCU team, the Fraud Operations Manager will oversee and direct the organization's Fraud Prevention initiatives. This role is essential in safeguarding the institution's assets and maintaining the integrity of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Fraud Prevention program, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing risk exposure.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve fraud detection and prevention mechanisms.
3. Coach and mentor the Fraud leadership team to cultivate a high-performance culture.
4. Analyze fraud trends and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.
5. Enhance reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights into fraud activities and team performance.
6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
7. Conduct investigations into fraudulent activities in partnership with the Safety Officer.
8. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fraud metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud prevention within the financial services sector, with a proven track record in developing and managing fraud programs.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
