Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Panco Operations. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conducting community tours, and leasing apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service to prospective and current residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Community Tours: Conduct community tours and leasing apartments to prospective residents, showcasing the amenities and features of our properties.
• Lease Renewals: Work with residents on lease renewals, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
• Marketing Efforts: Support marketing efforts promoting the community to prospective and renewing residents, including social media, open house, off-site, and community events.
• Leasing Documentation: Prepare and assist with all leasing documentation, adhering to all applicable regulations and policies.
• Knowledge of Rent and Pricing: Maintain a working knowledge of rent and pricing information, concessions, vacancies, availability, and community offerings.
• Financial Transactions: Collect security deposits, rent, and other funds as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with onsite management and maintenance teams to provide residents with top-quality service.
• Compliance: Understand and comply with all Fair Housing laws and standards.
• Inspections: Perform regular inspections of tour routes, models, and vacant apartments, addressing any issues that arise with the onsite team.
• Training: Participate in training seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.

The Property:

We are proud to offer a Class A property with 235 units, built in 2022, and dedicated onsite management and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of sales or leasing consultant experience.
• Background: Customer service, hospitality, or product sales background.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, proficiency in working in various digital platforms, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a required schedule, including weekends.
• Clearance: Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment.
