As an Emergency Room Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing and coordinating care for patients, including:
- Assessments and Reassessments
- Developing Individualized Plans of Care
- Medication Administration
- Documentation
- Education
- Proper Maintenance of Equipment
- Communication of Patient Needs
You'll demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served. You'll promote hospital customer service initiatives and utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
Requirements:
- Current RN Licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
