About the Role

As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and reassessing patients, developing individualized plans of care, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and reassess patients to identify their needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide education to patients and families on health and wellness topics
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current RN licensure by the TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
  • A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience
