About the RoleAs an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and reassessing patients, developing individualized plans of care, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess and reassess patients to identify their needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
- Minimum 6 months nursing experience
