Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our residential dealer network, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with dealers to communicate key messages and provide product training
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
  • Solicit feedback from dealers and use it to drive product and service improvements
  • Travel regularly to meet with dealers and attend industry events

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
