SunPower is a global leader in solar energy solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with our residential dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue in your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our residential dealer network, providing them with exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with dealers to communicate key messages and provide product training
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Solicit feedback from dealers and use it to drive product and service improvements
- Travel regularly to meet with dealers and attend industry events
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
