Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing workflows in a high-precision production setting.
- Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to innovate and evaluate both new and existing machinery programs, tools, and fixtures.
- Identify and document opportunities for process enhancements, focusing on tooling, operational speeds, feeds, fixtures, and procedural documentation.
- Author detailed job instructions and provide training to CNC machinists on established manufacturing methodologies.
- Employ statistical techniques to monitor machining trends and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, such as tooling expenses or machine waste.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical or Manufacturing disciplines.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (such as Mastercam, NX CAM, Unigraphics, Solidworks, Fusion360, ProE, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, tool-path development through CAM, tool and fixture design, daily machine troubleshooting, and new product introduction.
- Familiarity with Okuma and Makino Milling Machines is advantageous.
