Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at JAQUITH INDUSTRIES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including HAAS and Doosan, to produce high-quality parts.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and equipment.
  • Train and assist other operators as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of CNC experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate an overhead crane and familiarity with CAD equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC, production machine, and/or welding experience.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Participation in training events, such as Lockout/Tagout and HazCom.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a production area exposed to seasonal temperatures and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
