Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and identifying and addressing member needs.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with training and development of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure a high level of service.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, upholding the values of Walmart and Sam's Club.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
