Medication Technician

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Valle Verde. As an On-Call Medication Technician, you will work under general nursing supervision to evaluate the medical and emergency needs of residents.
Your responsibilities will include providing services to promote and maintain the health and safety of residents in various living environments. This on-call position offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of elderly individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate medical and emergency needs of residents
- Provide services to promote and maintain health and safety of residents
- Work under general nursing supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience or equivalent training
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) under state regulations
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Training in the nursing field, specifically with the elderly, preferred
