As an Assembly Technician III, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality medical products, working closely with our Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble fabricated parts into subassemblies and finished complete units, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to product specifications.
- Perform test and calibration procedures to meet product requirements, and assist less experienced team members with guidance and expertise.
- Determine and develop methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, working with engineers to conduct experiments and improve production efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of production procedures, travelers, and processes, ensuring complete documentation of all assembly and test processes.
- Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as required, and other duties as defined by the supervisor.
- High School graduate with 6-8 years' experience in electromechanical systems or equivalent experience.
- Experience with production of electromechanical systems, computers, and computer subsystems.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in production processes, and active participation in QMS.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain orderly work cells and contribute to the professional presentation of the Production Area.
