Role Overview:
Softheon is in search of a detail-oriented and personable Client Relations Specialist to assist the Client Executive teams with daily responsibilities related to client operations. This role requires a keen attention to detail to efficiently document and review meeting minutes. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, both externally and internally. Success in this role necessitates a willingness to support the team, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. If you are eager to gain exposure to the client relations aspect of business, this role may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meeting schedules.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines and resources for operational processes (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Track operational deliverables and action items through internal systems and follow up as necessary.
- Manage time effectively while tracking multiple deliverables.
- Communicate effortlessly with clients and Softheon team members.
- Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
- Consistently achieve goals efficiently.
- Produce highly accurate and precise work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in documenting meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be available to work Eastern Time.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as required.

- Competitive salary range of $55,000-$62,000.
