Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of electronic systems.
  • Manage and support the development of electronic products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with program managers to understand current and future needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective engineering operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills in electronics engineering, including design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM).
