- Collaborate with program managers to understand current and future needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective engineering operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in electronics engineering, including design, development, and testing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM).
