Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team on a WOW (Work on Weekends) schedule. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to the smooth operation of our respiratory care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care as ordered by physicians, including the initiation of respiratory protocols and evaluation of protocol steps.
  • Assess, develop, and evaluate care plans, ensuring the appropriateness of respiratory care modalities.
  • Participate in monitoring quality of care, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
  • Organize workflow to maintain smooth transitions between shifts, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, including documentation, supply management, and medication ordering.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
  • CRT or RRT certification (RRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire).
  • One year of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting.
