Job Summary

As a key member of our clinical team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and availability of patient information. This will involve observing patient behavior during testing processes, providing observation summaries, and offering one-on-one assistance as needed. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing inventory checks on forms and tools, and providing administrative support when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of client care.
  • Provide appropriate therapeutic services to assist clients and families in coping with presenting symptoms and problems.
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary treatment team.
  • Prepare reports and other documents concerning clients.
  • Comply with company and department policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend and participate in staff development programs, department-related conferences, and administrative meetings.
  • Establish and maintain an appropriate network of professional contacts.
  • Maintain currency with professional organizations and publications.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in the mental health or medical field. Additionally, if the candidate has obtained any mental health or medical certifications, they must be in good standing with the certifying board or committee, and the certification must be current.
