About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Titan Placement Group. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with individuals with autism or other disabilities, providing one-to-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy to assigned clients in a clinic-based setting.
- Implement treatment plans in a fun and child-friendly manner.
- Use software for daily data recording and timesheet management.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
- Seek additional training and feedback from Lead RBTs and BCBAs.
Requirements:
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician Relias training course.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma (HS Diploma or GED).
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
