Our organization is primarily focused on Microsoft technologies, particularly MS365, Azure, and Windows Virtual Desktop, with a strong emphasis on security protocols such as SSO, PIM, and conditional access methodologies. You will tackle issues systematically, utilizing the best online tools and documentation practices. You will be supported by a dedicated and diverse group of IT professionals. Regardless of your current experience level, we are committed to providing you with opportunities for growth and advancement as our organization expands. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to end users regarding hardware and software issues.
- Assist in crafting innovative solutions for client organizations, including video and streaming services.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) domains for clients, with a strong focus on security.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring Microsoft Azure Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, SharePoint security settings, and Intune.
- Provide support for Mac and G Suite clients, utilizing Addigy remote management tools.
- Resolve client issues through various channels: phone, in-person, or remote assistance.
- Recommend enhancements for hardware and software systems.
- Utilize cloud-based ticketing and documentation systems to proactively manage customer issues and resolutions.
- Exhibit excellent documentation skills, including writing, formatting, and logical structuring.
- Prepare detailed Scopes of Work for projects such as AD to AAD migrations and file share migrations.
- Implement robust AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to protect clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IT, customer service, or related fields is essential.
- A strong commitment to self-directed learning is required.
- Must be a collaborative team player, open to feedback and debriefing.
- Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Security is necessary.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with end users on a personal level.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft M365 and Azure virtualization is preferred.
- Familiarity with routing, particularly VPN configurations with SonicWALL Firewall routers, is valuable.
- A keen interest in cybersecurity is essential.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities are required, along with documentation skills.
- Capable of conducting research for solutions online as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- A college degree is required.
