About the Role:

We're looking for a talented individual to work on a SharePoint team, developing innovative SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online portal solutions for our clients. As a SharePoint Production Support Developer, you'll be responsible for implementing customized solutions that automate and optimize process execution, providing users with real-time analysis data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers, users, and stakeholders to document business processes and requirements.
  • Design creative and innovative approaches to building robust SharePoint capabilities that facilitate collaboration and automate program processes.
  • Develop, document, and support custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using industry best practices.
  • Analyze and translate business processes and requirements into implementable design.
  • Implement SharePoint Online web-based solutions.
  • Implement PowerAutomate flows to streamline manual processes.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of the SharePoint portal.
  • Respond to service desk tickets; troubleshoot and debug issues with users remotely.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a CBP background investigation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Professional experience: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years related technical and managerial experience.
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing systems, JIRA Service Desk, and PowerPlatform applications.
