Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at New England Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Service: Provide efficient, accurate, and polite service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, maintaining accurate records and balancing your cash drawer with minimal assistance.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of Credit Union products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and other financial services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, responding to their needs and providing service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Develop and maintain technical skills needed to conduct member transactions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail and accuracy skills, with ability to maintain accurate records and balance cash drawer.
