About the Role:
This position involves identifying and categorizing complaints effectively, allowing for informed decision-making. By accurately documenting issues and conducting thorough investigations, you will contribute significantly to maintaining compliance standards. Your expertise will help us identify potential problems and implement effective solutions. Our goal is to deliver exceptional quality products and services to our customers while upholding regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and document appropriate complaint categories to ensure trend accuracy
- Analyze technical product information to write investigation summaries
- Maintain accurate record documentation in accordance with established guidelines
