Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at FMN Creative. As a key member of our hybrid team, you will play a strategic role in creating compelling social media content and executing client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media content for multiple clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and craft social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Write and create content for multiple mediums, including landing pages, email marketing, blogs, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze social media data to optimize client performance and improve organic and paid results.
  • Collaborate with our Creative Crew team to produce high-quality social content.
  • Assist with paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ad grants.
  • Build client reporting dashboards and generate marketing activity reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and copywriting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint (a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, with attention to detail and impeccable punctuation.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing, project management tools, and G-Suite.
