Healthcare Customer Service Professional

Job Description:
Become a liaison between our company and its customers, handling large volumes of orders through inbound and outbound calls and in-person interactions at our center location. Your responsibilities will include following communication scripts, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation for billing purposes.
•Provide personalized support to patients, referral sources, and administrative departments
•Establish effective relationships with insurance companies and facilitate prior authorization requests
•Enter accurate patient information into our customer information system
•Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and issues related to their health
•Exercise independent judgment to ensure timely delivery of products and services
•Stay up-to-date on customer needs and trends to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
•Maintain knowledge of multiple insurance qualifications to optimize order intake
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
