Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Prepare shipping documents and invoices efficiently.
- Provide administrative support and act as a receptionist when necessary.
- Utilize advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Engage with both internal and external customers in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in customer service, order entry, and general office practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various tasks.
- A high school diploma; a college degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suites and order entry systems such as IBM AS 400 is advantageous.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a stable work environment, normal working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and 401K.
