Fort Brands is seeking an Assistant Buyer Specialist to support our purchasing team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a self-starter attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, track orders, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Work closely with the team to monitor inventory levels and ensure stock meets demand.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
This is a Monday through Friday desk-based role with a focus on administrative and organizational tasks. We offer competitive pay based on experience, opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative work environment, and employee discounts on merchandise.
Salary Estimate
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
