Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Public Schools. This is a full-time position that will serve Kindergarten through age 21 program for the upcoming school year.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MTSS process and be able to provide therapy services to students on their caseload under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $35.76 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to students on their caseload under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement Tier 2 interventions through the MTSS process
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience working with students with communication disorders preferred
- Strong understanding of the MTSS process and ability to implement Tier 2 interventions
