Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the full cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Monitor and address AP inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage invoice approvals and coding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the month-end close process, including calculating and reviewing accruals.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead the annual 1099 process for multiple legal entities.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the AP team, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Continuously review and improve AP processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost-savings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • 3+ years of managerial experience.
  • Experience with Coupa required; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Concur preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and AP best practices.
  • Highly motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + benefits

Location: Las Colinas (In office 5 days per week)
