Our client, a prominent player in its sector, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to enhance their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting - Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels, operational processes, and service functions concerning gross margins, operational costs, and cash flow. Generate comprehensive reports, insights, and actionable recommendations. Provide critical information regarding performance metrics, key business drivers, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting - Develop and maintain financial models for Operating Income and Cash Flow. Collaborate closely with business leaders to comprehend their operations and predict the financial implications of various initiatives.
  • Annual Financial Planning - Engage in the Annual Operating Plan process, collaborating with senior leadership to establish yearly P&L objectives. Act as a strategic partner to department heads to identify their requirements and aspirations for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis - Provide guidance to Senior Management on the financial aspects of revenue enhancement opportunities, new market entries, distribution strategies, promotional programs, cost reduction initiatives, compensation structures, and new product launches. Develop and sustain long-term financial models for capital structure strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related financial discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong aptitude for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A blend of experience in both large and small organizations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or product-driven environment, ideally within Supply Chain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
