Our client is a prominent player in its sector, recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation. They are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels, operational activities, and service functions, focusing on gross margin, operational costs, and cash flow. Deliver comprehensive reports, insights, and recommendations based on your findings.
  • Forecasting: Oversee the forecasting model for Operating Income and Cash Flows. Collaborate with business leaders to grasp their operations and predict the financial implications of various initiatives.
  • Annual Planning: Engage in the Annual Operating Plan process, collaborating with senior leadership to establish annual profit and loss objectives. Partner with department heads to identify their requirements and aspirations for the forthcoming year.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide guidance to Senior Management on the financial aspects of revenue enhancement opportunities, new market entries, distribution strategies, promotional initiatives, cost reduction efforts, compensation frameworks, and product launches. Develop and sustain long-term financial models for capital structure projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong aptitude for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in our collaborative environment.
  • Experience in both large and small organizations is preferred.
  • Background in Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Product-driven environments, particularly within Supply Chain, is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel capabilities.
