Job Opportunity: Patient Registration

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable healthcare organization to fill a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Patient Registration Specialist in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient demographic, financial, and clinical information upon arrival for appointments or procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Facilitate copay collection conversations and ensure patient questions are addressed.
  • Manage patient flow from entry to destination.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office, food service, or retail environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to go above and beyond.
Work Details:
  • Two available schedules: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating or 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
  • Contract-to-hire and full-time opportunities available (40 hours/week).
  • Competitive hourly rate: $16.00.
