Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Asset Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Asset Director in the management of our properties, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist the Asset Director in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for our properties.
  • Property Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our property management staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in property management, including management of staff.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of property management software and systems, as well as strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
