Job Overview

This position is for a temporary to permanent Administrative Support Specialist role within a reputable non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Assisting the administrative team with various tasks.
  • Processing expense reports efficiently.
  • Welcoming and directing visitors.
  • Overseeing kitchen management.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone communications.
  • Managing packages and deliveries.
Additional Duties

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Organizing conference room bookings.
  • Assisting visiting personnel in finding workspace.
  • Providing support with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in a similar administrative capacity. Compensation is expected to be in the range of $25 per hour, transitioning to an annual salary of approximately $60,000 upon direct hire.
