Keffer Hyundai seeks a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and process invoices
- Reconcile financial statements
- Disburse checks and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Requirements:
- Experience with dealership management systems and payroll platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience
