Healthcare Quality Systems Specialist

LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland, seeks an experienced System Analyst to join our team.

  • This position requires a strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems, particularly Cerner, and fundamental medical terminology.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in system analysis and design, with a focus on regulatory and quality measures. They will be responsible for understanding current and future requirements, translating them into system requirements, and analyzing, designing, building, testing, and modifying system and program requirements as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for understanding the current and future regulatory, quality measures and accreditation requirements for hospital and providers across the LifeBridge Health system.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into system requirements based on clinical workflow processes and desired reporting outcomes.
  • Troubleshoots system problems and resolves issues related to support uptime and availability of systems.

The salary range for this position is $26.30-$47.91 per hour, commensurate with experience. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
