Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs, while ensuring scalability and extensibility of architectures. This role will drive the conceptualization, design, and implementation of technologies and solutions, partnering closely with business partners to build and fulfill product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business partners in technical strategy-setting sessions
- Participate in the Architecture Review Board to define and drive adoption of architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards
- Lead the DPD technical vision, aligned with Group strategy
- Advocate for digital technology and solutions
- Drive definition and refresh of multi-year technology roadmaps
- Challenge self, team, and peers regarding currently held technical/operational views in line with digital strategy
- Stay up-to-date on the latest business systems technology
- Help build Service Level Agreements to set clear expectations with all parties
- Understand strategic business direction to find opportunities for technology innovation
- Lead discussions to deliver architectural decisions and tradeoffs, with perspective of internal and external customers
- Analyze and synthesize architecture diagrams to uncover potential operational gaps
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in architecture, design, and implementation, with focus on enterprise-level solutions
- Extensive knowledge in building solutions using Cloud Architectures and Services (AWS and/or Azure preferred)
- Ability to lead architectural discussions and influence decisions
- Strong experience in identifying architecture patterns for re-usability and compliance to standards
- Ability to navigate and understand large IT departments with high number of technologies
- Building positive relationships; excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience leading matrix teams of specialists and communicating with different levels of management is highly desired
- Ability to partner with all levels of organization, both technical and non-technical
- Experience working in Validated/GxP environments (preferred)
Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $103,100.00-$154,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes:
