Role Overview: If you possess a collaborative spirit, a passion for nurturing relationships, and a genuine desire to assist others, the Full Time Client Service Representative position is an ideal fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain enduring business and client relationships.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and deliver effective solutions to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure transparent communication between clients, their consumers, and our Client Relations Management Team.
  • Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, supporting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Offer clients a personalized purchasing experience, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee the completion of order processes and the scheduling of installation dates.
  • Document client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all information to our Senior Client Relations Managers.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Client Relations Managers and other Customer Service and Sales team members to achieve all sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar fields is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and approachable demeanor that resonates with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
