Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a leadership role in shaping the culture and success of our organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief People and Equity Officer and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers, providing advice and guidance on people-related issues.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address employee engagement and performance issues.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build HR capability across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR-related work.
  • Strong HR generalist background.
  • Experience working with educational programs a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (ADP preferred).
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
