About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned growth marketer to lead our growth organization. As a Senior Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for managing a large budget, driving experimentation across new growth channels, and setting true north KPIs for the team.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable returns on investment (ROI) through acquisition and retention marketing.
  2. Lead a team of growth marketers, overseeing relationships with external agencies to scale faster.
  3. Pioneer end-to-end testing on new growth channels, including creating budget proposals, setting KPIs, and optimizing performance.
  4. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring optimal performance across the growth organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company growth goals, communicating with Data and Engineering to specify growth data needs.
  6. Build and maintain our growth tech stack, ensuring the right tooling to help our organization scale.
  7. Work with the Marketing & Campaign Team to understand full-funnel views of marketing investment and growth capturing lift.
  8. Develop an in-house POV on attribution and attribution modeling.

Your Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing/CRM, or growth analytics.
  • T-shaped marketer with deep understanding of all facets of growth marketing and expertise in certain areas.
  • Deep knowledge of acquisition and lifecycle marketing, attribution, and ability to use data to paint the intricacies of the customer journey.
  • Previous experience setting vision and strategy for the marketing organization, with operational capabilities when necessary.
  • Experience managing large paid marketing budgets.
  • E-commerce and/or marketplace experience is a plus.
