Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop electrical components and systems for both new and existing products, which may include generator set control systems, wiring harnesses, electrical schematics, electronic engine systems, automatic voltage regulators, transformers, heating systems, motor controls, protective devices, and switchgear for low and medium voltage applications.

2. Collaborate with Applications and Mechanical Engineering teams, as well as Sales, to thoroughly comprehend customer specifications.

3. Create schematics to document As-Built wiring for custom electrical designs.

4. Select appropriate design concepts and fundamental technologies for new product development or enhancements to existing products.

5. Execute work in accordance with established engineering principles and practices.

6. Adhere to ERP procedures as per the company's quality management system.

7. Follow safety and environmental protocols as outlined in the Matrix.

8. Foster a culture of compliance within the area of responsibility and uphold the values and principles of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.

Daily responsibilities are conducted in an office setting with a standard work schedule.

While fulfilling the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands for tasks such as typing or using a mouse.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (4 years in electrical engineering).
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting line diagrams, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point diagrams.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently for extended periods.
- Solid understanding of Diesel and Gas engines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Competence in reading and understanding customer specifications.
- Good presentation skills.

Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with AutoCAD LT, AutoCAD Electrical, Programming, and MS Office (including Programmable Logic Devices).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in service or testing.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
