About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level engineer to join our Surface Based Effector Production team. As an electronics troubleshooter, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electronics in a lab or production environment, performing system and circuit level analysis, supporting failure investigations, maintaining and creating documentation, and interacting with multi-discipline groups including suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
  • Experience or coursework in radar systems design, system realization, or testing of RF and microwave radar systems, airborne radar guidance section production or development, RF component design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting, or RF laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers
  • 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • ABET accreditation
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • System integration experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of analog RF components, ADC and DAC performances
  • Familiarity with industry standard RF circuit design software and PCB layout
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
