Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components accurately and efficiently
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality products
  • Wiring of electronic components
  • Testing of assemblies
  • Assist in updating quality assurance and assembly procedures
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels
  • Troubleshoot assembly problems
  • Configure microprocessor and solar controllers
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in small part or electronic assembly
  • Required: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good math skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to act as a team player and work well with others
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work at a standing station
  • Carry and lift at least 50lbs
