Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Behavioral Health Services team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer software, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Behavioral Health Services team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
2. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other documents using current facility software.
3. Order departmental materials and maintain records of purchases.
4. Complete departmental work orders and maintain accurate records.
5. Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in disaster response and recovery efforts.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and facility software.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
5. Physical ability to safely lift and carry lightweight objects (under 15 pounds).
