About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects for system implementation and system integration with other AML systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project planning activities for technical delivery and contribute to architecture and functional specification, delivery plan, technical design, cost estimation, and resource plan.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to other teams and business users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and adequate post-implementation support.
  • Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.
  • Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project requirements within schedule.
  • Provide status updates related to technical delivery and escalate issues that impact project schedule in a timely manner.
  • Create technical documents for solutions and compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.
  • Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and/or perform unit testing.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in technical delivery management, assuming a technical role, not program-level management.
  • At least 10 years of experience/knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Java.
  • At least 10 years of experience in system and software design and UI/UX design.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data.
