Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing- ADAS-System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for evaluating, reporting, and achieving manufacturability KPIs by consulting with R&D on optimal product design.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, production control, and engineering to provide product design and product concepts according to the needs of ADAS integration.
- Use data analysis, simulations, and virtual tests to identify risks for high-volume manufacturing.
- Identify and implement ideas to improve product design to ensure stable assembly processes and minimal rework in series production.
- Take responsibility for all communication between production planning assembly and engineering department as a single point-of-contact for all vehicle design related topics.
- Use cross-departmental collaboration to meet and exceed company goals and objectives in the field of design for manufacturing.
- 5+ years of professional experience with expertise in manufacturing engineering or production planning, including ability to achieve stable production processes.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle engineering processes, knowledge of ADAS and its implementation.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Skillful at organizational and cross-functional collaboration at all levels; ability to develop effective partnerships and relationships.
- Creative and strategic problem solver who exercises sound judgment.
