Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our nursing team at LCMC Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support nursing operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
