Job Summary

New England Medical Group Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, this role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow for providers and managing general office administration at our Mental Health day treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Communication: Coordinate incoming and outgoing communication regarding patients, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Patient Support: Greet and establish positive rapport with patients, visitors, and collaterals, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Outreach and Reminders: Outreach to patients to support group attendance and reminders, promoting adherence to schedules and treatment times.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including generating, maintaining, and communicating daily census/patient tracking.
  • Supply Management: Organize and facilitate the ordering of office supplies and daily meals, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comply with current healthcare regulations, policies, and high ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling medical record information.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Manager and Operations Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Social Work, or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Experience: Experience with KIPU or other Electronic Medical Records (preferred), as well as experience in the medical field and/or behavioral health.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, responsible and caring with a customer service orientation, and the ability to handle medical record information discreetly.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (Adobe, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
