About the Opportunity

The Customer Experience Representative will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at DDS Lab. This individual will be responsible for providing accurate, polite, and prompt assistance and advice to customers via phone and email, while also collaborating with dental technicians to resolve cases and provide clarification to OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers.
  • Review problem lists to resolve case issues and provide clarification to the OEM.
  • Work closely with dental technicians to ensure timely resolution of cases and follow-up calls as needed.
  • Evaluate cases to determine if they require additional follow-up or clearance from hold.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their cases and any necessary follow-up actions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex case issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
