Position Overview:

As a Remarketing Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Remarketing Department by overseeing Dealer Onboarding tasks and managing SmartAuction ID processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of document packages received.
  • Timely processing of group document packages.
  • Adhere to onboarding protocols to ensure all systems are updated correctly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional partners to resolve any onboarding-related issues.
  • Handle User ID requests and maintain communication with Dealer Users.
  • Conduct Account Maintenance Activities.
  • Assist in monitoring the shared mailbox.
  • Support Ad Hoc team projects as needed.
  • Engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives to foster product growth and enhance process improvements.


Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A meticulous individual with 1-2 years of experience in a remarketing, automotive, or contract administration setting. A business-related degree or equivalent training is preferred. Proficient in PC applications, particularly MS Office and Excel. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Superior organizational and planning abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce.

Essential Skills:
High Attention to Detail.
