Customer Success Manager

Suncoast Drivers is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximize the value of our e-learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our product.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer adoption, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted plans to address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams to drive adoption and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Presales, preferably in a SaaS organization or with experience from Microsoft, IFS, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer organizational structures and identify key decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
