About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Connecteam. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes and maximize the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize customer support initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer

At Connecteam, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, insurance plan, and paid time off.
